For this exhibition –Blind date – Versions of artistic citizenship, curated by Antonis Volanakis, presented at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Crete in Rethymno- I negotiate and “encase” anew the work presented in the Project Room of the EMST in spring of 2012, Forms of life-survival kit in the metropolis. This new project consists of: a. a new publication reviewing the whole project in the form of an artist book. Its size is 35x50x10cm, and includes a. the original 45 project pictures of the protagonists plus 7 more unpublished, b. their 8 indiosyncratic, peculiar maps, c. their poetic descriptions and d. unpublished material, that is: the theoretical support of the project, the methodology I used for its construction, as well as a page with a collection of French Nicolas De Larmessin grotesque gravures of employments in later Rainessance period, and a composition of a collective portrait of the protagonists. All new prints are differentiated in form than they have in the original project. They are all printed in approximately 28X45 cm. and on special book paper, b. a revised video-installation, i.e. a shorter version of the 8 discussions with the protagonists in one video of 170’ duration (20 minutes from every video-recording), and c. the original booklet with the theoretical texts by Félix Guattari, Michael Hardt-Antonio Negri and Giorgio Agamben, under the title Forms of life-Ways of living, survival kit of consciousness for practical use in the metropolis, presented in the EMST exhibition in Greek.
